Strategy that becomes reality.
Strategic planning, M&A advisory, and operational transformation for nonprofits, faith-based institutions, and purpose-driven businesses.
Most strategy work ends with a document. Mine ends with an organization that knows what to do next, and why.
My years as a corporate strategy consultant taught me how to solve the most complex challenges facing large organizations. Now I apply that knowledge to organizations where mission matters most: nonprofits, faith-based institutions, and businesses built around something other than shareholder return. These organizations have the same problems as big corporations, but don’t have unlimited resources to throw at them. That’s where I come in. If you’re evaluating a merger, planning your next chapter, or looking for systems that make a strategy actually doable, that’s what I do.
Who I Work With
- •Nonprofits at a strategic inflection point: new leadership, a merger on the table, or a mission that’s outgrown its structure
- •Faith-based institutions navigating growth, governance, or operational complexity
- •Purpose-driven businesses that need the rigor of a top-tier consultancy without the overhead
